ERP Implementation Coordinator/IT Infra Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ERP Implementation Coordinator/IT Infra to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process mapping, implementation planning, and project management.

  • Job Description: As an ERP Implementation Coordinator/IT Infra, you will be responsible for process mapping before and after the ERP implementation. You will capture all notes/actions from each implementation step, manage the action plan with the NetSuite team to resolve any issues, and manage the cutover plan for go-live.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • NetSuite Change Management:
      • Helping teams understand the impact of the ERP migration.
      • Carrying out gap analysis between existing processes and future processes defined in NetSuite (and integrated interfaces).
      • Defining the impact on associated tasks using future processes.
    • Implementation of PMO Principles:
      • Designing and implementing PMO standards and methods to ensure professional and structured project management.
      • Ongoing communication on project progress.
      • Identifying training needs.
