Job Title:

ERP Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position that involves process mapping before and after ERP implementation. You will capture all notes/actions from each implementation step, manage the action plan with the NetSuite team to resolve issues, and oversee the cutover plan for go live.

  • The role requires strong coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in system administration and desktop application support within a Windows environment.
  • You must have previous experience in NetSuite implementation or be willing to learn quickly and adapt to our processes.

Critical responsibilities include designing and implementing PMO standards and methods, ongoing project communication, identifying training needs, managing risks involved in the project, and analysis of corrective actions.

In addition, you will coordinate master data preparation and clean up from old systems to new, review Business Requirements Documents with onsite teams, and organize regular WMS-specific meetings and workshops on site.

The ideal candidate should have intermediate computer hardware and software installation skills, knowledge of the distribution and disposal of classified data/documents/devices, and proficiency in change management and user adoption.
