Operations Excellence Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the Operations team within our organization.

The successful candidate will have experience in project management, operations coordination or administration, ideally within a tech environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating role and candidate approvals, administering testing, responding to candidate queries and maintaining candidate records.

This leadership role will oversee workflow optimization by maintaining a dashboard, investing in automation and process innovation, assigning work, removing obstacles, identifying skills gaps and coordinating upskilling initiatives.

The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, proactively communicate workload levels and respond to their needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in project management, coordination or operations, or strong administrative experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze information objectively and think critically.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
