**Job Summary**

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our commercial operations and spearhead sustainable revenue growth. As the Head of Commercial Operations, you will shape our organization's vision and lead transformational change.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to exceed ambitious targets and foster business excellence.
  • Manage and drive performance across all commercial enterprises, including retail outlets, partnerships, and merchandise.
  • Lead the acquisition and management of strategic corporate partnerships, building strong relationships with supporters.
  • Implement a data-driven reporting suite to track results and monitor performance against key performance indicators.

**Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail management or commercial development.
  • Multi-site management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams and partnerships.

**Desirable Criteria:**

  • Experience in the animal welfare industry or not-for-profit sector.
