Housekeeping Room Attendant

This is a key role in delivering exceptional service to guests and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the meticulous cleaning and servicing of allocated guest rooms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, good communication skills and the ability to use computer tablets and mobile phones for housekeeping tasks.

  • Clean and service guest rooms and areas to a high standard using set procedures and checklists.
  • Follow all guest privacy and hotel security protocols.
  • Sign in/out and safely handle master keys throughout each shift.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests or escalate issues as needed.
  • Use and store cleaning products safely in line with health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to use computer tablets and mobile phones for housekeeping tasks.
  • Good verbal + written communication skills.
