A Key Role in Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring the success of our hotel by providing top-notch service to our guests.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in conflict resolution, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also possess a high level of working knowledge of Opera and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality studies.

Alternatively, they may have relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a 4.5 or 5-star establishment.

Key responsibilities include efficiently resolving guest issues, fostering strong relationships, and creating memorable experiences for our valued guests.

Staff training and performance management are also crucial aspects of this role, as is ensuring that all initiatives are implemented on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Assistant Hotel Services Manager and up to three team members on shift.

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service and will embody the essence of customer focus.
