Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Services Consultant to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our SAS program, you will be responsible for working closely with a group of Selling Partners to help them grow their business on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and convert a sales pipeline using a highly consultative and data-driven approach.
  • Onboard and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers within prospective accounts.
  • Develop processes, tools, and content for the SAS service.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Selling Partners based on a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of Selling Partners to drive individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and owning communications.
  • Produce profound business recommendations and actionable insights by using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing.
  • Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields.
  • Experience in selling nascent products/services into new markets.
