About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Agent to join our team in Mascot, Sydney. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling in-house service calls and working with our Field Service Technicians to deliver solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and log data accurately into the KONE KONECT system
  • Receive and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate resolution to customers and ensure their satisfaction
  • Identify potential leads from customer cases and assign them to the sales organization
  • Conduct transactional surveys after a callout or project to measure customer satisfaction
  • Allocate service calls to technicians efficiently and effectively
  • Monitor technician rosters and daily schedules to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all customer interactions
  • Comply with all WH&S responsibilities and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Previous call centre experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for providing exceptional customer service
  • Organisational skills, multitasking, and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks are crucial for success in this role
  • Sound computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, are required
  • A professional and confident manner is necessary for liaising directly with clients, both internally and externally
  • A positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude is essential for success in this role
