The Client Success team follows a client-centric approach, ensuring every client receives value far exceeding their investment. Team members seek to understand and surface clients' business priorities, break down challenges, and identify effective ways to support clients in making informed decisions for their business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage relationships with various clients, from senior C-levels to junior client professionals, across different business functions, ensuring they are successful in utilizing Gartner services, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Introduce Gartner capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision-makers.
- Facilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend a program of action that drives high value and return on investment on their membership.
- Collaborate with internal partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value delivered to clients.
- Conduct regular reviews of client performance and key engagement metrics.
- 3-5 years relevant professional experience.
- A proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
