Client Growth Manager

This role oversees the comprehensive management of allocated customer relationship responsibilities. The Client Growth Manager works closely with customers to determine and explore potential solutions through proactive anticipation of their business growth needs.
- The Client Growth Manager will focus on high-priority leads only to drive new business, working out of our opportunities inbox and lead queue on Salesforce.
- A small portfolio of 100-200 accounts will be managed, with a balanced split between acquisition and portfolio focus.
- The Client Growth Manager will actively own and manage the relationship for allocated Shift customers through strategic account management practices, exceptional customer service, and regular outreach efforts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Focusing on high-priority leads only to drive new business
- Managing a diverse portfolio of 100-200 accounts
- Working effectively out of our opportunities inbox and lead queue on Salesforce
- Actively owning and managing relationships with allocated Shift customers
Qualifications:
- A degree in business or finance is beneficial but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management/sales within a professional services setting
- Proven track record of successfully managing a pipeline of existing customers and potential leads
- Strong understanding of financial services (ideally lending) highly regarded
