Overview

Gough Recruitment AU is a leading recruitment agency in the Central Coast region, with a strong presence in the development sector. We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality residential and commercial projects in the Central Coast Region.

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Development Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from concept to completion. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, monitor timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance with building codes.
  • Strategic Planning: Execute cost-effective strategies, manage pre-construction activities and approvals, and prepare tender documents.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main contact for clients and teams, facilitate communication and collaboration, and resolve conflicts to maintain relationships.
  • Quality Management: Monitor quality, safety, and environmental controls, and conduct regular site inspections.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop solutions, maintain a risk register, and provide updates on strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare status and budget reports for senior management, and maintain accurate documentation for transparency and accountability.

Salary:

Average salary range for a Development Manager in the Central Coast Region is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
