**About You**
- We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented OD Lead. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design and implementation of learning experiences that foster a growth mindset and enable leaders to drive culture change.- A seasoned OD professional with extensive demonstrated experience in a similar role in a large complex system.
- Proven history of success in designing, implementing, and evaluating organisational development, learning and development and talent management programs.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.

**About the Opportunity**
- Lead the development and execution of OD programs across key areas including leadership development, staff learning and development, career pathways, talent development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, reward and recognition, and student placements.
- Partner with key stakeholders across all levels to ensure program alignment with organizational objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and purposeful environment within the OD team.
- Use contemporary OD practices such as:

- Design Thinking: Facilitate collaborative workshops to identify employee needs and co-create innovative solutions.
- Data-driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to measure program effectiveness and continuously improve the employee experience.
- Agile Methodology: Implement flexible, iterative program development to adapt to changing needs.
- Focus on Psychological Safety: Create a work environment where employees feel safe to take risks, share ideas, and learn from mistakes.
