Role Summary:

As a Senior Development Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality residential and commercial projects in the Central Coast Region.

About the Role:

Drive the delivery of landmark masterplan community projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and budgeted outcomes. Execute cost-effective strategies, manage pre-construction activities and approvals, and prepare tender documents. Act as the main contact for clients and teams, facilitating communication and collaboration, and resolving conflicts to maintain relationships. Monitor quality, safety, and environmental controls, ensuring compliance with building codes and conducting regular site inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee construction projects, develop and implement project plans, and monitor timelines and budgets.
  • Strategic Planning: Execute cost-effective strategies, manage pre-construction activities, and prepare tender documents.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main contact for clients and teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Quality Management: Monitor quality, safety, and environmental controls, ensuring compliance with building codes.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop solutions, maintain a risk register, and provide updates on strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare status and budget reports for senior management, maintaining accurate documentation for transparency and accountability.
