Job Title: Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality residential and commercial projects in the Central Coast Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing large, high-quality developments and thrive in strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee construction projects from concept to completion; develop and implement project plans; monitor timelines and budgets.
  • Strategic Planning: Execute cost-effective strategies; manage pre-construction activities and approvals; prepare and oversee tender documents.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main contact for clients and teams; facilitate communication and collaboration; resolve conflicts to maintain relationships.
  • Quality Management: Monitor quality, safety, and environmental controls; ensure compliance with building codes; conduct regular site inspections.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop solutions; maintain a risk register and provide updates on strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare status and budget reports for senior management; maintain accurate documentation for transparency and accountability.
