Exciting Opportunity for a Skilled Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader in development management to oversee the delivery of high-quality residential and commercial projects in the Central Coast Region. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company with a strong presence in the area.

About the Role:
  • Oversight of construction projects from concept to completion, developing and implementing project plans, monitoring timelines and budgets.
  • Execution of cost-effective strategies, managing pre-construction activities and approvals, preparing and overseeing tender documents.
  • Main contact for clients and teams, facilitating communication and collaboration, resolving conflicts to maintain relationships.
  • Maintenance of quality, safety, and environmental controls, ensuring compliance with building codes, conducting regular site inspections.
  • Risk management, identifying project risks and developing solutions, maintaining a risk register and providing updates on strategies.

This position offers a highly competitive salary package including bonus, along with a stable and supportive management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing large, high-quality developments and possess excellent strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder engagement skills.

The estimated annual salary range for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$180,000, depending on experience. We offer a referral fee for suitable candidates you may know.
