About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to gain invaluable experience and unique insights in the technology industry. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will drive all local people-related agendas, including performance, engagement, communication, leadership, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive professional, comprehensive HR partnership to NICE Australia business units (+ 120 employees)
  • Develop and implement talent strategies for local teams, aligned with global and regional HR strategies
  • Lead local HR processes, ensuring adherence to regional and global practices and policies
  • Provide local HR expertise in employee relations matters and ensure compliance with local labor regulations
  • Support organizational changes, including communications and transition plans
  • Ensure people data accuracy and leverage data to inform business and people decisions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR professional, with at least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in Australia
  • Strong influencing and coaching skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with leaders
  • Experience working effectively under pressure, with excellent organizational skills and execution
  • Relevant academic degree
