We are seeking a Front Office Professional to provide exceptional customer service and promote our accommodation services.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front office reception, including:

  • Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Promoting our business to achieve sales and revenue growth
  • Processing reservations and managing the booking system
  • Assisting corporate and leisure guests with their queries and needs
  • Maintaining the smooth operation of the reception desk
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed administration skills, including proficiency in front office systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • A high standard of personal presentation and professionalism

Previous experience in a front office or reception role is essential. A background in hospitality, travel, or tourism would be highly regarded. We offer a casual position available, 20-30 hours per week on a weekly rotating roster. Flexibility is required, particularly on Weekday afternoons and Weekends.
