Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales skills to exceed both guest expectations and hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities and promotions is crucial to providing personalized service to our guests.
- Processing reservations and updating guest profiles requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Attending to guests' requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction is vital to our success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum 12 months experience in an administrative or front office role is required to excel in this position.
- Be highly organized and able to effectively manage priorities to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
- Initiate contact and establish rapport easily with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Project a professional image at all times through personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Handle tasks carefully and correctly to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Be a good team player; contribute to and assist co-workers to achieve common goals.
