**Job Title:** Front Office Representative
**About the Role:**We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our Front Office team. As a Front Office Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and organizational skills. You will work closely with the Front Office Manager and other teams to achieve excellent guest satisfaction and revenue targets.
- Provide superior customer service to guests at all times.
- Liaise directly with Housekeeping to ensure high standards are met.
- Effectively allocate rooms to meet guest requirements.
- Handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure safety of fellow staff and guests by following company policy and procedure.
- Assist the Front Office Manager with rate and revenue targets.
- Handle reservations and group bookings.
- Previous front office experience within a hotel is essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is necessary.
