Bid and Estimating Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a Pre-Contracts team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor tender portals for expressions of interest (EOI's) and requests for tender (RFT's)
  • Set up and maintain project and client records in our ERP and CRM systems
  • Create and manage SharePoint folders, access and documentation
  • Work with the team to coordinate and update confidentiality deeds, bid programs, budgets and organisational charts
  • Manage version control of client documents
  • Manage tender communications, including requests for information (RFI's)
  • Schedule and organise tender review meetings and prepare supporting packs and presentations
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role with exposure to bids, tenders, estimating, or construction
  • Strong Microsoft Office and document management skills
  • Experience with SharePoint or similar systems is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach and willingness to learn the pre-contracts/bids process
