Job Overview

The Pursuit & Bids Manager is a critical role that oversees the pursuit and bid support needs for winning activities in Australia and New Zealand.

This position requires coordinating pursuits, developing bids with proposal teams, and supporting other business development related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage bids across designated regions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Proactively manage multiple tender processes of varying scale and complexity, including scheduling, compliance, and document production.
  • Support business decisions and analyse bid performance metrics.
  • Guide win strategies, collaborate with teams, and contribute to improvements in bidding processes and success rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record in bidding, including at least 8 years of experience.
  • Strong proofing and content development skills.
  • Excellent internal influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is desirable.
