Bid Coordinator – Infrastructure & Engineering Projects

About the Role
CJC Management is seeking a
skilled and motivated Bid Coordinator
to support our business development efforts across
infrastructure, engineering and construction projects
. You will play a key role in preparing and coordinating
high-quality tenders, proposals and presentations
that showcase our technical expertise and client-focused approach.
This role will suit someone with experience in
bid coordination, proposals or tendering
, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with technical experts and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, review and respond to tender opportunities across relevant sectors
Coordinate inputs from technical teams to develop clear, accurate and persuasive proposals
Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring on-time delivery and client alignment
Translate technical information into compelling, client-focused content
Review submissions to ensure accuracy, clarity and professionalism
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and partners
Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools
About You
Experience in
bid coordination, proposal writing or tender development
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bid coordination, proposal writing or tender development
Background in
infrastructure, engineering or construction
highly regarded
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Excellent organisation and time management skills, able to juggle multiple deadlines
Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of tendering processes, compliance frameworks and industry standards
Australian work rights are required for this position
