About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our national bid team and help drive the development of high-quality bids that position the organization for success.

  • Working closely with key stakeholders, bringing commercial acumen and supporting the development of strategies and win themes to major sales opportunities.
  • Qualifying bids and providing recommendations to senior management.
  • Managing internal bid compliance requirements.
  • Bringing together and leading multi-disciplinary bid project teams, evaluating requirements, defining roles and responsibilities, managing timelines and deliverables.
  • Drafting and editing compelling bid content and ensuring win themes are clearly articulated in bid messaging.
  • Reviewing contractual terms and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Coordinating bid pricing and profitability reviews.
  • Leading bid response reviews and approvals to develop and submit a quality bid in a timely manner.
Key Requirements
  • Bid management experience responding to large corporate and government tenders ideally in an IT Services or Technology environment.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a diverse team to develop quality tender responses and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
