Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role that combines marketing and bid coordination?

About the Position

This job supports the preparation and submission of high-quality bids, tenders, and panels. You will work closely with a small team to deliver exceptional results on niche projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Bid preparation: coordinating and managing bid documents, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Technical content coordination: working with internal stakeholders to gather required information for bids, tenders, and panels.
  • Proposal writing: crafting compelling non-technical proposals that showcase our capabilities.
  • Submissions: coordinating the submission process, including follow-ups and presentations.
Responsibilities (continued)

You will also be responsible for:

  • Coordinating responses from internal stakeholders, including QA, OHS, HR, finance.
  • Managing the submissions database and updating marketing materials.
  • Monitoring new project opportunities and supporting business growth activities.
Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with bid processes.
  • Industry knowledge within building services, architecture, or construction.
  • Familiarity with CRM databases, such as Deltek Workbook.
Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail to ensure bid documents are accurate and presented to company formatting standards.
  • Advanced formatting skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with intermediate to advanced experience in InDesign.
