Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at Sandhills Publishing. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring that our computer systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Helpdesk Support: Respond to incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware, providing timely and effective solutions to our employees.
  2. Monitor and Respond to Requests: Monitor our internal task order system and respond quickly to requests for technical assistance, ensuring that our employees receive the support they need in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain Computer Systems and Networks: Responsible for the maintenance and operations of our computer systems and networks, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  4. Support Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Exchange: Responsible for the maintenance and operations of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Exchange sites, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  5. Travel to Other Offices: Travel to other Sandhills Publishing offices to provide technical assistance and support to our employees.
Requirements
