Service Marketing Solutions Expert

About the Role:
  • Manage service contract renewals and identify opportunities for consolidation and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer accounts and deliver tailored business insights.
  • Support tenders, customer presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and business development teams on customer offerings and upgrade plans.
  • Contribute to service marketing plans and ensure successful implementation across stakeholders.
About You:
  • A qualification in medical, engineering or technology is preferred.
  • You should have 3+ years' experience in diagnostic imaging or the biomedical industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a basic understanding of financial targets is essential.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
