The successful candidate will provide financial oversight of operational expenditure budgets and asset base. They will manage key supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring compliance with legislative obligations and lease agreements. Additionally, they will support construction, fitout, and renewal programs, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with building standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead national facilities management function

Requirements:
  • 10–15 years of experience in facilities management or property leadership roles
