Property Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management framework, you will be responsible for the strategic management and support of our leasing activities.

Your primary focus will be on optimizing relationships with landlords, property owners, and other stakeholders to ensure business interests are protected and lease commitments met.

To succeed in this role, you will require approved Australian working rights, residential property management experience, and a strong understanding of Leasing and Owners Corporation obligations and procedures.

You will also need excellent communication skills, high standards of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to develop strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

In this fast-paced environment, we are looking for a collaborative and proactive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execution and enhancement of our Property & Leasing Operational Framework
  • Management of our leasing portfolio, including renewals, rent reviews, new property onboarding, and property management
  • Management of Owners Corporation matters through proxy, including influence of OC budgets and spend, OC liaison, and business representation and advocacy
  • Management of property operational licence compliance
  • Leasing, OC and Property Management administration support to the operations teams and corporate office
  • Optimisation of stakeholder relationships with OCs, landlords, landlord property managers and third parties
