Regional Property Director Opportunity

This role encompasses leadership of a diverse property portfolio within Melbourne's CBD, comprising three distinct establishments: Mantra 100 Exhibition, Urban Apartments Melbourne on Elizabeth, and the Adelphi Hotel.

As Regional Property Director, you will oversee daily operations across all three properties, focusing on exceptional service, presentation excellence, and consistent guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in senior hospitality leadership roles, preferably across multiple-site or strata-titled properties. Strong financial acumen, with a proven track record in revenue management, budgeting, and cost control, is essential.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are crucial, particularly in interacting with apartment owners and corporate partners. A strong leadership ability to inspire and manage teams across multiple sites is also required.

Knowledge of hotel systems, including PMS (RMS preferred), Channel Management, and accounting software, is necessary for success in this role. A proactive, detail-oriented approach to operations and guest experience delivery is also vital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations across all three properties, ensuring service and presentation excellence.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor multi-site teams to deliver consistent guest satisfaction.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L accountability, and cost controls.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with apartment owners and body corporate representatives, including clear and regular communication.
  • Act as the primary liaison for strata-titled property stakeholders, ensuring transparency, trust, and alignment of interests.
  • Drive sales, local engagement, and market growth in Melbourne's competitive CBD environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in senior hotel leadership roles, ideally across multiple-site or strata-titled properties.
  • Strong financial acumen with a proven track record in revenue management, budgeting, and cost control.
