We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Service Delivery Team in Perth. This role involves partnering with customers to find innovative solutions and deliver efficiencies within their supply chain. You will develop a deep understanding of customer requirements within your dedicated portfolio and provide valuable insights and expertise to navigate the complexities of the logistics environment and solve problems effectively.
The Account Manager will determine customer needs to deliver solution-driven outcomes, maintain strong relationships at multiple stakeholder levels, both internally and externally. They will collaborate closely with customers to ensure project goals and timelines are met, service levels are maintained, and annual NPS scores are achieved.

We are looking for:
- Previous experience as an Account Manager, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics Management, or a related service industry.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to support customers at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with proven commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with strong skills in MS Excel.
- Entrepreneurial mindset demonstrating initiative and ownership.
