Lead a Thriving Consulting Team

APM is seeking an experienced leader to drive our consulting practice forward. As the Head of Consulting, you will oversee a team of consultant psychologists and OD professionals, ensuring exceptional client experiences and innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sustainable commercial and people outcomes with industry clients. They will be passionate about leading, developing, and building high-performing teams and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of consultant psychologists and OD professionals
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value consulting projects
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leadership roles, particularly in consulting or professional services
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage operational performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Qualifications in Psychology (with current AHPRA registration)
