Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary:
Provide strategic direction, secure funding and partnerships, advocate for system-wide change, and ensure sustainability and effectiveness of our Live4Life model as it scales nationally.
About You
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will bring a track record of strategic leadership in community development with CEO or executive level experience in the not-for-profit, mental health, or youth services sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive organisational growth and expansion
Fundraising and Partnerships
: Secure funding and build partnerships to support the delivery of our programs and services
Stakeholder Engagement
: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government, philanthropic partners, service providers, and community leaders
Operational Oversight
: Provide operational leadership and management to ensure effective delivery of our programs and services
