Strategic Leader for Mental Health Excellence

As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Mental Health Learning Health Network. This strategic management position requires an individual who can drive excellence and improve mental health care delivery for individuals, their families, carers, and supporters.
This complex environment demands strong leadership skills, enabling you to exercise sound judgement, build relationships with key stakeholders, and work effectively with internal and external partners. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to achieve Safer Care Victoria objectives, maintaining stakeholder engagement, investigating critical projects, and managing emerging issues and areas of risk.
Additionally, you will lead and support a team by developing annual improvement plans, building positive working relationships, and providing expert guidance. You will also represent the department on committees, lead activities improving clinical practice, and maintain accurate records.
