National Inpatient Mental Health Services Leader

We are seeking a highly passionate and engaged clinical leader to oversee the operational direction of a mental health inpatient facility.
As the departmental leader, you will provide strategic guidance and promote high-quality clinical care for patients. You will be a key member of the hospital's management team, collaborating with the Director of Nursing and General Manager to drive excellence in patient-centered care.
- Provide strategic leadership for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management
- Coordinate the delivery of evidence-based nursing care
- Ensure the delivery of excellent patient care in a collaborative environment
- Offer guidance, mentorship, and support to your team members
- Be accountable for the effective management of human, financial, and material resources
- Prioritize direct patient care as needed
- Maintain compliance with national standards
- Certification with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A registered nurse with at least 5 years' experience in inpatient mental health settings and knowledge of relevant standards
