Job Overview

We seek a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This full-time position offers immediate availability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts, respond to queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up with customers who are overdue on their bills and ensure timely payments through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Reconcile customer accounts receivable and billing discrepancies with precision and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and accounts while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements for Success:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service or collections, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
  • High level of numeracy skills, with the ability to accurately reconcile accounts and manage finances.
