Transformation Leader in Energy Sector

Our energy sector is undergoing significant transformation driven by decarbonisation, digitisation, and evolving customer expectations. We seek a skilled Transformation Leader to join our practice in Melbourne or Sydney.

This role involves partnering with clients to solve complex problems. Our approach combines expertise in leadership, organisational design, operating model definition, service design, and technology change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program teams in designing, delivering, and managing workstreams in complex multi-faceted change programmes or small projects.
  • Under challenging market conditions, lead teams in industry-impacting and high-visibility areas, working seamlessly with blended project teams of professionals.
  • Work at the forefront of the energy sector, helping clients solve their most critical business problems and building deep relationships with them.
Ideal Background
  • Demonstrable consulting experience in the energy industry, either from management consultancy or as an internal consultant in an energy retailer.
  • Played a key role in delivering several business transformation projects in the regulated Energy/Utilities sectors.
  • Strong management consulting skills in design and implementation of Target Operating Model and/or broader Transformation & Change.
  • Experienced in leading diverse teams, demonstrating strong coaching and performance management skills, and building a strong sense of inclusivity and community.
