    About your new role

    We're currently seeking experienced Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, or Physiotherapists who are looking for the next step in their career journey as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

    You'll take the lead in managing a diverse portfolio of return-to-work cases, support less experienced team members, and help shape service delivery and outcomes through your experienced insight. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your leadership profile and be part of a high-performing, values-driven team.

    Within this senior rehabilitation consultant role your day to day activities will include:
    • Lead by example in managing complex and rewarding RTW cases
    • Provide support and mentoring to junior consultants
    • Conduct workplace assessments, case reviews and strategic RTW planning
    • Attend case conferences, liaise with treating teams and deliver clear, impactful reports
    • Engage in continuous improvement and share insights with leadership
    • Work closely with your Team Leader and Regional Manager to help drive performance

    About You
    • Tertiary qualified as Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist
    • Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA
    • 1- 2 years' experience in workplace rehabilitation (Comcare, Workers Comp, CTP, or Life Insurance)
    • A valid driver's license and your own car
    • Natural leadership qualities and a collaborative spirit
    • A passion for helping people and achieving tangible outcomes
