Training and Development Specialist

Talent International is seeking a highly skilled Training and Assessment Officer to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to design and develop training packages tailored to the needs of Immigration Compliance operational officers.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct quality assurance of existing training curriculums to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Undertake needs analysis to identify role-based training requirements and develop targeted training solutions.
- Design and develop cutting-edge training packages that cater to the needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create tailored learning content that meets the required standards.
- Develop comprehensive Training Management Packages, PowerPoint slide decks, Instructor/Facilitator Guides, and student materials that support the training delivery.
- Create eLearning products to complement instructor-led training and enhance the learning experience.
- Write evaluation plans to ensure the effectiveness of the training programs.
- Experience in training design, development, and assessment, with a strong understanding of curriculum development and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to create both instructor-led and eLearning solutions that meet the required standards.
- Collaborative approach to working with SMEs to develop tailored learning content.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information.
- Baseline security clearance is highly desirable for this role.
- Experience in the federal government or compliance sectors is an advantage, but not essential.
