Retail Training and Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented Retail Training and Development Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our retail staff, developing their skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Job Description- Train and develop retail staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Collaborate with the Instore Leadership Team to design and implement training programs that meet business objectives.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to retail staff to help them improve their performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for the Nike brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Previous experience in a training or development role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to use data analysis tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
