We are seeking a dedicated Training Team Leader to lead our training initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards.
This role offers the opportunity to play a crucial part in developing and implementing programs that enhance employee skills and career progression.

- Design and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development program to boost employee engagement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Mentor the training team to foster internal mobility and skill development.
- Develop a comprehensive L&D program to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Coordinate a professional Driver Induction program to ensure best practices are followed.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) and a Medium Rigid Driver's License are essential.
- Experience: Proven track record as a Driver Trainer with the ability to deliver diverse training packages effectively.
- Skill Development: Experience in developing L&D programs and facilitating both face-to-face and online training sessions.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive salary package to attract talented professionals like you.
