Administrative Excellence Manager
The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support. Key responsibilities include calendar management, confidential correspondence handling, report and presentation preparation, task coordination, and serving as the initial point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Additional duties may include:
- Managing personal errands, bookings, and appointments
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives
- Conducting research and compiling data
- Supporting HR functions such as onboarding new employees or coordinating training sessions
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, strong exposure to corporate environments, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
