Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our Business Services team. As the first point of contact for all corporate visitors, customers, and couriers, you will be responsible for providing a professional and welcoming environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage switchboard activities and provide timely and effective first-level corporate services support.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome for all visitors and customers.
  • Manage visitor and contractor access to the office, ensuring security and confidentiality.
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to the Business Services team, including coordinating facilities-related services and managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Support onboarding processes for new starters and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. First Point of Contact: Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for all facility entries and incoming phone calls.
  2. Visitor Management: Manage visitor and contractor access to the Synergy office.
  3. Administrative Support: Deliver timely and effective first-level corporate services support and escalate as needed.
  4. Service Requests: Ensure timely resolution of service requests.
  5. Onboarding: Support onboarding processes for new starters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a receptionist or corporation administration role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage switchboard activities and provide timely and effective first-level corporate services support.
  • Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Outstanding time management and prioritisation skills.
