Sun City Country Club is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Manager to join our team full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and friendly environment in one the most picturesque settings in the northern suburbs.
The Administration Manager is a key member of Sun City Country Club's leadership team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative operations to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Working in a club environment, the Administration Manager must be hands-on, adaptable, and capable of managing a variety of tasks including member services, invoicing, reporting, and general office duties. The role also involves liaising with suppliers, committee members, and staff to support club operations and events.
Success in this role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be professional, approachable, and committed to fostering a welcoming and efficient club culture.
This is a full-time role requiring availability to work Mondays to Fridays and the occasional weekend when required.
Key Responsibilities :
Bookkeeping & Financial Admin : Manage daily takings, bank reconciliations, payment of bills and payroll processing. Contribute to month-end tasks, including journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
Membership Services : Assist with handling inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining accurate member records.
Reception Duties : Greet members and guests, manage phone and email communications, and provide general administrative support.
Operational Support : Assist with reporting, ordering of stationery, minute taking, compliance, and coordination with other departments.
What We're Looking For :
Proven experience in administration, bookkeeping, or finance.
Experience using the Microsoft Office suite, Xero accounting system, POS systems and membership systems.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Friendly and professional communication style.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with golf club operations is a plus but not essential.
