
Leading Business Growth Executive

We're seeking an accomplished sales professional to spearhead business growth within the defence portfolio. As a seasoned client executive, you will be responsible for developing deep relationships with key customers and leveraging NetApp's expertise to drive business outcomes.
You will work closely with our high-performing team to define and execute territory strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and foster strong partnerships. Your ability to understand customer needs, priorities, and goals will be crucial in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Partnerships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth and deepen our understanding of their needs.
- Territory Strategy: Defining and executing territory strategies to maximize business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Team Management: Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Sales Ownership: Maintaining strong sales hygiene and cadence to provide accurate forecasting and drive business outcomes.
- Customer Education: Providing ongoing education and training to customers and partners to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
- Stakeholder Management: Managing stakeholder relationships across the sales lifecycle to drive business growth and build strong partnerships.
- Channel Engagement: Working closely with partners to provide value-based solutions that drive business outcomes and grow revenue.
- Hold NV1 AGSVA or higher Clearance.
- Possess a proven track record of engagement within the defence industry.
- Have a passion for identifying and building new business opportunities, devising effective sales strategies, and leading your team through execution.
- Possess an extensive network with a strong reputation within the Intelligence and Defence communities.
- Strive to be a lifelong learner and possess a curious and creative mindset.
- Possess both the technical background and business acumen to effectively engage and build influential and productive relationships across all levels of the customer's business.
- Be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Understand the value of a team and effectively leverage cross-functional teams to achieve a common set of goals.
- Value and enjoy building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships which encourage out-of-the-box thinking amongst your peers.
