We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration Lead to join our team at Reece Group, Australia's largest supplier of plumbing and bathroom products.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to design and implement enterprise integrations that support our vision and roadmap.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technology infrastructure, engineering, and analytical skills to help solve both customer and business challenges through innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional delivery teams to develop and implement enterprise integrations
  • Designing and configuring integration platforms, APIs, and data pipelines
  • Mentoring and guiding engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • BUILDING strong relationships with managers, teams, customers, and suppliers to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define and capture non-functional requirements, including availability, reliability, performance, and security

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
  • Technical leadership backed by years of experience and specialized skills in enterprise integrations, DevOps, CI/CD, coding, configuration, and infrastructure
  • Proficiency in IPaaS platforms (e.g., Snaplogic, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi)
  • Proficiency in one of the primary programming languages used at Reece: Java or Python
  • Experienced in infrastructure-as-code (e.g., CloudFormation)
  • Strong experience across the software development lifecycle, with hands-on knowledge in source control (GitHub), build systems (e.g., GitHub Actions), deployment (e.g., AWS CodeDeploy), and monitoring tools

Benefits and Opportunities

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
