Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide senior leadership on the delivery of all creative and content requirements, collaborating with the Director to develop client strategies. As a Content Lead, you will coach junior team members in developing integrated content solutions across various mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director in executing article production on a daily basis, providing exceptional client service through collaboration.
  • Develop robust content planning and delivery processes that meet client expectations.
  • Establish a process for commissioning content from external and internal providers, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Oversight of campaign implementations from brief to final reporting phase, focusing on quality control, regular reviews, feedback channels, content quality, and collaboration.
  • Produce long-form articles in line with content production plans, supporting clients and internal teams in delivering campaigns and post-content reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for content work, leveraging guidance from seniors and directors.
  • Collaborate with the Director to develop strategic insights, visions, team development, and promote an innovative and inclusive culture within the content and SEO team.

About You:

  • Prior experience in creative writing, particularly in long-form blog writing, with exposure to social and digital channels, ideally including SEO.
  • Strong background in copywriting and written communications, focusing on long-form content.
  • Solid understanding of different content channels and categories where your client portfolio will land.
  • Previous experience in a team leadership role, managing team workflows, developing talent, and providing constructive coaching.
