Tours Division Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead our tours division in one of Australia's most iconic locations. We are seeking a seasoned leader with a passion for Indigenous tourism and cultural interpretation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Tours division, ensuring high-quality guest experiences through exceptional service delivery, logistics management, and product development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Tours division and drive the recruitment, training, and development of Indigenous and non-Indigenous tour guides.
- Optimize team rostering to maximize revenue and efficiency.
- Maintain key stakeholder relationships, including Parks Australia and Traditional Owners.
- Proven leadership in high-volume tourism operations, ideally in remote or regional Australia.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales, financial planning, and team development.
- A valid driver's license (LR or MR preferable) and knowledge of Kakadu highly regarded;
- H endorsement desirable.
