Tours Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the Tours division, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service delivery, efficient logistics management, and innovative product development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the overall operations of the Tours division, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective team rostering strategies to maximize revenue.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including parks authorities and traditional owners, promoting respectful collaboration and community involvement.
- Proven track record of leadership in high-volume tourism operations, with a strong passion for Indigenous tourism and cultural interpretation.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales, financial planning, and team development.
- Valid driver's license mandatory, local knowledge highly regarded;
- H endorsement desirable.
