
Office Support Specialist

As a key support role, you will play a pivotal part in the delivery of outstanding service to clients and team members.
This permanent full-time position offers career development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
The role involves administrative and reception tasks, including assisting customers, suppliers, and stakeholders with enquiries, managing front-of-house duties, and maintaining office stationery supplies.
You will also be responsible for data entry, filing, and supporting other team members with payroll preparation.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive approach is essential, as well as good initiative and a 'can-do' attitude.
Experience with MYOB/XERO is highly regarded but not essential.
