">We are seeking a highly motivated and team-orientated individual to join our organisation in the role of Office Support Specialist. This part-time permanent position offers the ideal opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is eager to contribute to our success.
">Responsibilities
">- Knowledge of accounting software such as MYOB or XERO is an advantage
- Serving as the first point of contact for clients
- Following up Work Orders and ensuring billing information and requirements are accurately entered into our systems
- Maintaining proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Receiving and shipping stock/goods
- Implementing office procedures as directed
- Participating in meetings, workshops, training, and seminars as required
- Handling cash transactions and issuing receipts
- Invoicing clients as directed
- Paying invoices approved for payment
- Reconciling bank statements and daily takings
- Preparing financial records as directed by the Accountant
- Providing financial reports as required for the Director
- Maintaining computer-based management systems
- Maintaining accurate records and paperwork as directed
Requirements
">- A highly motivated and team-orientated individual
- 1 year of experience in office administration or administrative and business operations occupations is preferred
- Australia work authorisation is preferred
